Our handmade Cadmium Lemon watercolour paint is a cool and zingey yellow with hints of green undertones. It has a good tonal range and retains its vibrancy even when highly diluted in thin washes or when used as a base colour.
Cadmium Yellow Lemon is a staple in artists palettes because of the luminosity it brings and its ability to depict light.
Try using with Red Vermillion Hue or Cadmium Yellow Deep for sunset tones. Expand your green palette and mix with Cobalt Turquoise, Prussian Blue or Heliogen Green.
